This team includes the staff, the “Wings of Victory Band,” their families and those of you who faithfully and often times sacrificially, partner with us prayerfully and financially. Rev. Art Apgar,
Executive Director of Sonshine Ministries, Inc.

Art Apgar, an ordained minister/evangelist, has been preaching and ministering in song around the world since 1978.

He committed his life to Jesus Christ in 1971 after having been injured while serving in the US Air Force.

Since 1982, Rev. Apgar's ministry focus has primarily been to our military men and women, both officers and enlisted. In addition to ministering to the military community and the local church, Art has had the privilege of being a guest speaker on television, radio, for Pro Baseball teams and for the Promise Keepers organization. Art, his wife Sandy and their three grown children, Dan, James and Amber reside in Folsom, California.

Thomas Tomasello,
Musical Coordinator, Producer, Arranger, Musician, Sound Engineer, Song writer

Tom Tomasello, a versatile and accomplished musician, musical producer and arranger has worked with such musical celebrities as David Pack (from Ambrosia), Louis Bellson (world famous jazz drummer), Bob Hope, George Burns, Martha and the Vandellas, Al Green, The Coasters, The Platters, The Temptations, Loretta Lynn, Sawyer Brown, Lee Greenwood and the Oakridge Boys. He has many notable albums and recordings to his credit and owns a production company, "Tom Tom Productions" in Morgan Hill, CA. Tom also works as a musical director, arranger and keyboard musician for The Cathedral Of Faith church in San Jose.

Tom, his wife Kathee, their son Ryan and married daughter Roslyn all reside in Morgan Hill, California.

Jeannine O’Neal
Band Member, Songwriter, Vocalist, Recording Artist

Jeannine O’Neal has been involved in Christian ministry for over 20 years. An accomplished studio musician, Jeannine is also a producer in the San Francisco Bay Area. A performer in her own right, Jeannine has performed with Jessie Dixon, Nancy Harmon, Karen Wheaton, Morris Chapman, Stephen & Linda Travani and many others. In addition Jeannine has performed with secular artists like George Burns, Bob Hope, Danny Thomas, Ben Vereen, Franke Lane, Pat Paulson, Tanya Tucker, The Oakridge Boys, The Vandellas, Glen Campbell and many others.

Known for her versatility in many instruments, styles and as a songwriter, Sonshine Ministries is blessed to include Jeannine as a valuable member of the Sonshine Ministries “Wings of Victory Band.”

Dan and Carol Fryer
Vocalist, Recording Artists

Dan and Carol are incredible vocalists and recording artists. Dan is an ordained minister and has a powerful ministry in impacting youth. Singing together, Dan and Carol have both blessed and ignited audiences all over the world.

Their first CD release is entitled, “Dan & Carol."

The Sonshine Ministries “Wings of Victory Band” is a dynamic and exciting team of solid Christians who are professional musicians and vocalists. The band, directed by Tom Tomasello, generally consists of piano and key boards, electric and acoustic guitars, saxophone, bass and drums. As many as four vocalists/recording artists will tour with S.M.I. for each ministry event. The core ministry team includes: Thomas Tomasello, Jeannine O’Neal, Dan and Carol Fryer and Art Apgar.
